Analysis and briefing

  • Our visit to your company headquarters. We get to know you and your company in a personal meeting. We are curious, we are interested in your production and we take a look behind the scenes. Everything to get to know your corporate values and culture and thus develop the necessary gut feeling.
  • We ask a lot of questions, even uncomfortable ones: about the specific challenges of the position to be filled, the team, the predecessor, the reasons for the appointment, etc.
  • We want to know exactly: What does the new employee need to be able to do, what should they be able to do and what doesn't matter at all? This involves both specialist topics as well as personal characteristics and soft skills.

Position & candidate profile

  • Together, we define what professional and personal requirements are placed on the candidate and what corporate culture prevails in your company. We also analyze previous recruitment attempts and possible challenges. From this, we draw up a detailed position and candidate profile, which also highlights career prospects and development opportunities for the future job holder.

    And we discuss the salary range with possible benefits and other general conditions of the position.

SEARCH STRATEGY

  • Based on this, we develop a targeted search strategy that precisely reflects your needs. Our reserach specialists analyze the relevant market and identify target companies in which we suspect potential candidates. We then determine which channels should be used to search for candidates.

    In addition to direct approaches, we use databases, social networks, recommendations, job advertisements and, of course, our personal network built up over more than two decades. This research leads to the creation of an initial longlist of potential candidates.

Candidate address

  • As soon as we have identified suitable candidates, we begin the direct approach. This is done discreetly using various methods. Our aim is to find out whether potential candidates are interested in changing jobs and to sound out their professional suitability. We conduct several detailed telephone interviews with candidates who appear suitable, in which we examine their specialist skills, analyze their career development to date and discuss topics such as motivation to change jobs, salary expectations and location preferences. At the same time, we obtain an initial assessment of the candidate's personality and fit with the corporate culture.

    After this phase, we draw up a shortlist of the most promising candidates, who we then invite to an in-depth interview lasting around 2 hours. Without exception, these interviews are conducted in person with the candidates.

PERSONAL INTERVIEWS & PROFILE MATCHING

  • In the personal interviews, we deepen the professional assessment and evaluate in particular the specific suitability of the candidates for your company. We also analyze soft skills, leadership style and problem-solving skills.

    If necessary, we carry out a reference check in which we contact former superiors or colleagues to validate the candidate's details. Once these checks have been completed, we present the final candidates to you in the form of detailed dossiers.

    We accompany the subsequent interviews between you and the candidates and actively support you in the decision-making process.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS & CONCLUSION

  • As soon as you have decided on a candidate, the contract negotiation phase begins. We support both sides in the discussions on salary structure and contract details in order to reach an agreement that is satisfactory for all parties involved.

    After a successful agreement has been reached, we continue to support the candidate and in particular help with the termination process with the current employer. In doing so, we support them in intercepting possible counter-offers or clarifying uncertainties so that the changeover runs smoothly.

ONBOARDING & AFTERCARE

  • Once the contract has been signed, we support the candidate during the induction phase. We obtain feedback from you and the candidate at regular intervals to ensure that they are optimally integrated into your company.

    If challenges arise, we are there to advise you.

    Three and six months after the start, we conduct follow-up interviews to ensure the long-term success of the placement.

NETWORK MAINTENANCE & MARKET OBSERVATION

  • In parallel to the ongoing search mandates, we maintain our network in order to establish long-term contacts with companies and specialists. We do this by regularly observing the market, visiting trade fairs, attending networking events and building up an extensive database of candidates.

    This also allows us to respond quickly to future search requests and target candidates.
